Hey Guys!

Thanks for dropping by!!

We take possession of our new house tomorrow, wahoo! Cant wait!! But I tell ya, soooooooo stressful organising everything lol!!! But I am still being true, I have lost a kg already this week since my Sunday weigh in so thats okay I have slightly increased my food intake, just adding another cracker and piece of fruit as I was getting really low in energy packing up boxes and hauling them into the garage ready for the truck to pick up on Saturday, so am just watching that at the moment as I need the energy to move and not be a hindrince because I am low in energy!

Nevermind, all is sorted, my bank account is soo low now that we have had about $40K in our deposit ripped out of it overnight haha But hey, we own a home

I hope everyone is having a good week!!! Internet goes off today, so I will be back on board to catch up with everyone next week now!!

EXCITING!!!

I think you are handling the shift exceptionally well as it would be so easy to deviate with the wrong food - tired, stressed, not enough time etc. We shifted a year ago and know the work involved.

All the best for the shift, weather looks as though it is going to be good which is always helpful when shifting.

Enjoy your new home

Hey Guys! Well im all moved onto my farm and gosh am I tired!! I am going to admit that I deviated. I thought I would be okay upping my food a little by another cracker or fruit, but there was no way, I nearly fainted within the first hour lifting couches and beds and other furniture. I had to stop and go to the bakery which was the nearest food outlet to where we were moving and have a big filled roll to try and give me energy and I had a big afternoon tea also....I feel bad for deviating from Cohens, but I also needed to move house and I needed to let loose on the food for the weekend to try and keep my energy levels up.

But hey, we are all moved in and I am back on the wagon today

I haven't weighed myself, gosh, I didnt think I would be so scared to weigh myself, crazy huh.....I think I will wait until my next weigh in on Sunday, I dont want to get down in the dumps with the KG's I may have put on over the weekend.

Its so nice having my horses in the backyard, just love it My dogs have been swimming in the stock water race we have running through the property, its just fantastic

Good on you for handling it the best way you could. No sense in doing all that exercise (that you COULDN'T avoid) without having fuel to do it.

I know - your mind is probably having a real party over "the deviation" - but hey, at times like this, I think a bit of common sense should be sprinkled over situations !! And you did that.

I mean, what alternative did you have? Leave the work to someone else while you rested on the couch? We ALL know it doesn't work that way when moving house.

The other option was to stick to Cohens, faint and maybe break your arm or something....

I'll bet you chose a "sensible filled roll" though - in the past, you might've filled up on cream cakes or other stuff.

I personally love filled rolls with cheese, lettuce, tomato, ham, and a bit of mayo - so good when fresh and healthy. So, OK - a few too many carbs for Cohens, but I reckon you would've burned them off pretty quick with all the activity - AND you kept yourself safe by eating them.

Well done !! And congrats on being in your new place.... Woohoo,

Koh

Thanks Koh

I dont feel so bad about it now, I did yesterday, but I definitly ate a lot healthier than I would have pre cohens thats for sure, thought twice about everything, but yeah needed the energy! Had to move horses and build shelter for the dogs and clean the old house and clean the new house as well! but it was good and I do feel okay today.

I am sure I would have burnt most of it off surely, but still, I wont take the risk and just carry on with Cohens for the week and weigh in on Sunday hehehe

Thanks again for the pep talk

Im pleased the move went well. I bet the horses are enjoying being close as well!
I bet a roll from the bakery is a much better indulgence whan what you may have once had. No doubt you will wear it off, cant have you fainting under a heavy load!

Have a wonderful time in your new home!

Hi SB- another who agrees with Koh You did the best you could in the situation and made a sensible decision regarding what to eat.

So long as you get right back on track and don't deviate any more, you will be fine.

I hope your weigh in on Sunday goes really well.

No doubt your horses and dogs are really happy at your new home too. I hope you and your hubby are settling in well now

Hi Snuggly,

I just wanted to let you know - in the last few days, I approved a number of New Diaries, and a Mod moved them into Personal Diaries. Yours would've been one of them, but we hadn't received a form from you.... so here you stay for now.

If you HAD filled in the form, then sorry - it was not received in the Batcave so please fill in another one. To find the form, go to Quicklinks, then scroll down the dropdown list to find NYF Diary Request. Click on that.

For others reading this, there are a few of you still in New Diaries who HAVE filled in the form (all from mid to late March) and your turn is coming.

We don't like to leave the New Diaries empty (I'm sure you understand). So, no need for YOU to do another Form - unless you had not done one at all.

Koh
