Only another 5 days till my next official weigh in YAY!!!Cant wait to see if i have officially hit the half way mark

Yeh wow, peta! Great job with your will power... why is it we always seem to be as close as possible to food in these situations?! Someone's testing us!!!

Good luck with your weigh in... how bloody exciting... it's so cool that you leave the whole 4 weeks between them, I don't know how you do it!!

Thanks lil-doll but I don't actually leave it for the whole 4 weeks I only visit my clinic every 4 weeks I weigh in every 2 weeks (I use scales at home for unofficial weigh ins)lol

But find it better if I don't jump on the scales all the time it is kind of my reward at the end of the fortnight also it good cause I see a larger lose after 2 weeks which is a real boost for the ego

Well here it is there official weigh in day and it went better than expected to date (20 weeks in to program) i have lost a total of 44.7kg so i have smashed threw the halfway mark*Doing a happy dance*
I am so happy even though im not "there" yet i know it is a great achievement to have lost this amount and it just makes me more determined to loose the rest.

Myself and the bf have also started organizing our holiday for October in Bali and i feel so happy knowing i will (for the first time) be able to board a plane and feel good knowing i will fit into the seats and not feel as if everyone is staring at me as i walk down the isle hoping they do not have to sit next to this large person and also i wont have to cover up because i was embarrassed about the way i looked i can be wearing shorts and tank tops like everyone else ooo and i got so excited knowing i will be getting a new swim suit (not that anyone will see under my shorts not quiet that confident yet lol) but the possibilities are endless i cant wait for my new life as a normal size person..... COME ON THE FUTURE!!!

Hi Peta,

Girl, you are CRUISIN' .....

You sound so happy, and determined - I've no doubt you will be "all done" with months to spare - this will allow your new bod to be quite "sculpted" in time for Bali !!

You go girl - keep on - and that smile on your face will just keep getting bigger and more beautiful

Thanks Knickerless it is as you say the only time when going down hill is the best lol

TOM this week i kind of sucks but glad to say no bloating which im sure all the ladies would agree on a good thing but am so glad they are back after being absent for nearly a year now every 30 days like clock work so in the future when we choose to expand our family at least it one less worry as i have read some ppl have had problems ttc after such a huge weight lose i am hoping my hormones and the likes are starting to sort themselves out

Heya Peta!

I have PCOS and for sure Cohens is doing some fixing on my inner lady working bits! haha. Only one bad thing for me... I rarely used to get any pain or bloating but now I do! But in the end I am still glad for it... haha.

Also, since I was relatively young I have always thought I would never be able to have a baby... but now I have some restored faith that my body isn't as messed up as I thought it was originally.

Sorry the mini hijack there... It just amazes me how much this 'diet' can do for us! Even at the other end of the spectrum where people get no periods... I believe it will all work out and anything that comes up isn't due to Cohens, it's just that Cohens unmasks it... you know?!

Yay for that!

xoxo

fully agree with the Cohens unmasking things not causing then lil_doll and also the part about bloating and pain well i don't seem to bloat (thankfully) but you are right about the pain i have never had period pain but now i get it about 2 days before like a little warning bell and lasts about 3 to 4 days then i gone again

Hi all hope everyone is having a great start to the year

Thought a quick update was in order well the progress is going great I am definitely starting to see the changes in my body as i loose the weight like the saggy skin which i hope after will not take to long to firm up lol also i seem to have an abundance of energy which i am having to find a way to get out of my system before bed or i cant sleep (bf helps to find a ways to do this).

We have also been planning my BIG reward for when i am finished on the program a 2 week holiday in Bali, child free we have planned and are booking for October (gives me plenty of time but am hoping to be done by April-May)2 weeks of shopping and relaxing AHHHHH!!!!!!

well till next time folks....hehehe

Went to a mates place last night who we haven't seen in about 13 months, we both have little boys about the same age and as we pulled up Dave and Lisa came outside side and when they saw me they were amazed even Dave (we kind of have a love hate friendship lol we are always taking the piss out of each other in a fun way) but he was taken aback by the way i looked which had me jumping for joy on the inside and im sure as they were talking i was goin bright red i have never had comments like this in my life but since starting Cohens they have been nothing but positive reactions

Hi Peta,

AWESOME news, wee girl !! You're really rocking this, aren't you? And when friends support you so much, well hey, that is SO special eh?

I bet that smile will still be on your face a month from now !!

Over halfway, and on the downhill slide to goal - better fasten your seatbelt - the best is yet to come !!

Keep on rocking,

Koh
