I am feeling pretty good introducing exercise back into my life again. Doing well at tap dancing on a Monday night, and tonight started a fast paced step/ aerobic/ weights class which went for an hour, feels so good to be fit enough to do it. Believe me I'm loving it!!!!

Good on you for exercising. I was just saying in my diary I am hanging to be able to exercise properly and fuel my body accordingly. LOL I did a very small workout the other day at my workshop and golly I felt I was hit by a bus the next day. No recovery fuel I suppose... And feeling good exercising when your skinnier is an awesome feeling.

Tap dancing sounds like heaps of fun.... Good on you!

Hi Merryn

Beautiful photo of two vibrant, dyamic women. You both look stunning - so healthy. How wonderful to do this with your daughter - what a gift.

The exercise sounds great.

Hi Merryn
Congrats on the Brissie comp. You and your daughter look sensational! You are both an inspiration. Great to hear about your exercise, I bet 12 months ago you didnt think you would be able to do everything you are doing now. Well done!

Default Refeed time is here!!!!! Yahooooooo!!!!

Hi Everyone, just letting you all know I have reached my goal, so too has my daughter, so we have started refeed. We started a little while ago so am nearly finished. Going well, have missed doing a diary on refeed due to being too busy over the last few weeks. but will just let you all know doing really well and enjoying the tastes of different foods. I think I will keep away from bread as it makes me feel sooooo bloated. I will use bread as a sometimes food, because it is not worth feeling the way I do when I have it. Other than that all is great....Will talk to you all soon...

Going strong with the maintenance so far. Still weigh the same although when my daughter had her birthday party the other day I did have one slice of pizza and the next day I had gained 2kg over night....boy it must have been salty. I lost it over the next couple of days though, so not to worry.

Hi everyone, I had a great weekend. Was on call for work but wasn't too busy with work. I have started running on the beach in the past week. It is an amazing feeling to be able to run..I have never done it before and now I can.....(My boobs don't hurt either when I run)! Today I have been trying to organise a Trivia Night I am organising for April to fundraise for the Cancer Council. There is so much to do prior to the night. I am trying to gather some prizes for the event from different businesses, some are quite generous, however some are not...so its a bit of a challenge for me. If anyone has any ideas for prizes etc, please let me know..I am open to suggestion at this stage.

Have a great week people

Merryn XX

Hi guys, have not been able to visit the site very much of late, have been sooo busy. We are just hoping this Cyclone is not going to cause much damage up here in QLD. I think Australia has had enough destruction for 2009 with the terrible bushfires in Victoria and floods up north QLD...give us a break mother nature!! Maintaning very well, still sitting exactly the same as when finished the program, so am very happy with that! Will talk to you all very soon!!

Hi Merryn

Congratulations on winning the Brissie comp. I saw your gorgeous photo with your daughter in the last newsletter.

I have read through your diary and you have so much knowledge to share - thank you!

Yes I agree, I think FNQ has had enough of the bad weather. Heard the cyclone is tracked to travel down as far as Hervey Bay if it doesn't cross the coast earlier. Hope not for you and your family's sake.

Enjoy what is left of the weekend.

Ang

Having a good week, cyclone Hamish is just sitting off Hervey Bay at present. Pretty windy & rainy but we are doing OK. Didn't sleep too well last night because I thought the roof was going to come off our house, but thankfully it didn't. (we are right on the water, so was bearing the full brunt of it's catagory 4 force). It has now been downgraded to a catagory 3 so, hopefully it will rapidly weaken and go off out to sea. Weight loss wise I am still maintaining very well and actually was down a whole 1kg from my lowest yesterday morning....how that happened I just don't know, but today was up just a bit from that but still under my lowest weight.

Have a great week everyone...will talk again soon!!

Hi There Merryn,

I'm glad to hear the cyclone has been downgraded as the day goes on and is heading back away from the mainland. Pretty scary stuff.

My hubby woke with a start last night because the rain was being blown through the window above his side of the bed. (Don't understand why he leaves it open when it is obvious it is going to rain and be windy with it.)

You must be just about ready for refeed or have I missed it.

Michele
