Tomorrow is a new beginning.
 I'm very excited at how well you all do. Have enjoyed reading the forums and recipies. I live in Auckland so my consultations will be done over the phone for now, but thats ok as i have total support at home. I have been overweight off and on for about 30yrs..More on than off sadly. Im now off to do the food shopping for the week and it will be minus the usual goodies in the trolley. A new tomorrow for me. Cheers

Hi there, I am an ex aucklander now living on the sunshine coast in Aus. I am starting on Monday, as I still need to get my head around the program and get really organised with my diary, food shopping etc. We have some exciting times coming up chillichic and I wish you all the very best with this programme.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
