Trying again!
I've come back to try doing Cohen's again after falling off the wagon (lost 25kgs the first time, but have put it all back on +). I tend to travel a lot for work and found it hard to do whilst living in hotels. This year's looking like less travel so I thought I'd try again. I've lost the page that says how many pieces/g of fruit I can have a day (but know what fruit). Can someone please let me know? |

Your fruit is prescribed; everyone's allowance is different. Depending on how long ago you did the program, you may want to contact the clinic you went through at the time. Asking on here is not going to help you.

Perhaps your clinic is no longer in existence and if they are ,they will probably try to sell you another program. They may or may not advise you. My clinic was great. I would try your old program first. I had 3 fruit to start on first program and then when I had gained 10 kilos I bought a second program because the first wasn't working and the second program the fruit was reduced to two only. (Other food was also altered. Perhaps with the first program if I had reduced the fruit back to two it may have worked without purchasing the new program. I will never know. Try your old program first and guessing it was 3 fruit and if you aren't losing weight (give it a few weeks) ....drop it to two. Otherwise bite the bullet and just purchase another program with everything calculated appropriatley to YOU. Then you will know it will work and stop all the guesswork. That is always the best option if you can afford it. Good luck.

2 fruits on my program, 3 friends are also doing it, although our programs are all different we are all allowed 2 pieces of fruit hope this help!
