Chicki99 refeed
Minor changes today- just add a new Good fruit and a small add of "Old Protein & Old Veg" That made it easy, Dinner will be slightly larger. I went by the shops and bought some rock melon and blueberries. Tonight I'll have blueberries after dinner I'm so excited to have more food! Can you tell, lol. This morning I was 70.5 |

hi Chickie, congrats on refeed! But i think you posted on the wrong section of the forum? In any case, it's all good. I haven't seen any active moderator though so you might want to create your refeed diary in the right section. Good luck!
