country style tarragon chicken

Recipe Description

I made this up tonight, it was lovely and v easy- I am sure you don't need the variety of veg, but definitely the celery, mush, onion, garlic part. 

Ingredients:

- chicken allowance
-sprite zero
-tarragon (dried)
-garlic
-celery
bit zucchini
-bit asparagus
bit cauli
-onion
-mushrooms
-mayo
-mustard
-1 cracker (salada good) 

Preparation Steps:

-slice chicken
-slice everything else
-crush garlic
-pound up cracker.

Instructions:

-pan fry chicken, garlic, onion and celery
-sprinkle tarragon (pinch or two) on top.
-add veg and cover with sprite zero and water and simmer away for about 4 mins.
-add mustard and mayo allowance and stir through.
-crush cracker and also stir through.

Hello gorgeous!!!! Yep, finally fixed and back in action.

Oops, didn't see the mustard listed in the ingredients list.. Thanks FF!!! Mustard seeds are also ok. Just no pre-made mustards.

yeah, sorry - mustard powder!

actually (confession), i did use real mustard - the Maille brand.
i looked at the ingredients -Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Citric Acid, Sulphur Dioxide .

but I am sure mustard powder gives the same effect!
