egg whites?!
im going into my first day of maintenance tomorrow!! i havent yet done my last entry in my refeed diary, so i wont start a maintenance diary yet.. but i have a question re egg whites... im planning on making an egg white omelette as my first non-program breaky.. how many egg whites can i use? i heard that 3 egg whites = 1 serve.. so could i do 1 egg + 3 whites? if i want a larger omelette, with no carbs or starches?? hmm im not sure.. any info would be splendid.. thanks all, look forward to sharing my maintenance journey with u! x |

I was using 4 whites, I enjoyed it much more than with the whole egg.
Had them with silverbeet, shaved ham, mozza cheese, tomato, capsicum & onion- or a mix of either or. I whipped them up with a Bamix & they come out very light and fluffy, then put the omelet under the grill to brown it. You can also make egg white "wraps". 2 egg whites in a fry pan, flip or put under grill, cool and use like normal wraps. You can also use them as a pizza base.
