Default Passed Halfway

Yay what a great program! I feel I keep saying this but I can't believe I get on the scales every week and down they go! I think after so many programs that just don't consistently give results I'm waiting for this one to fail, but it just don't happen. I had a lull on weight loss due to me deviating at 6 weeks worst loss 100 grams but as my consultant said still a lose. But it gave me a refocus I needed to see the bigger picture and bam the next week 1.8kg and the week after 1.3kg. I'm now into week 9 and feeling great as everyone is starting to really notice thank god considering in lost a total 13.3kg in 8 weeks which I still can't believe. I now have 2 friends signing up

Way to go Sum77! That's fantastic! not only are you losing weight, but inspiring others along the way!
Keep up the great work - our goals are pretty much the same and we will both be strutting our stuff before we know it

Great work Sum77. It's a simple program (and many will scoff at paying the price for it) but it is the most effective and workable program I have found too. I'm now in maintenance and going ok so far, being on the other side of the refeed milestone you appreciate just how good this program is. Mastering the principles long term is the biggest gift you can give yourself - I'm still working it out - but I'm as determined as ever.

good on you girl .. keep us up dated Even when the body plateaus , it seems to catch up the rate once the sticky weight drops
