Default program without egg?

Has anyone else out there got a program that does not include an egg?
My sister just received her program and she isn't allowed one and the people I know personally all have different programs than mine but they all include one egg. Just curious.

Cant help you on that one Battler. I couldnt imagine not having egg - its one of my staples. The people I know on Cohen all have egg so that is very interesting - obviously a reason behind it. Narelle

Yep, I know one person with no egg on the plan. 2 of my friends and I started this together - I and one of them can have egg, the other one cannot!

I have survived whole program without egg. Tried it on day one then ditched it. Get her to learn to love natural yoghurt - even if she has to add fruit or sweetner, make it into a smoothie, whatever....

Hi,

I would suggest if she wants egg to speak with her clinic and they can explain and/ or check.

Would never second guess the good doctor.

I was surprised that this, my second programme has a fish option for breakfast as well as my egg and cheese and yoghurt options. Didn't have that in my first programme but just come at prawns for breakie.
