Default 5kg challenge

Hey there Ladies and Gents,

Is anyone interested in a 5kg challenge starting Monday 19th January 2015?

Aim is to keep each other motivated and encourage to stay deviation free.

Please just add your interest on this thread?

Currently week 4 (25th to 2nd March 2016)





Start weight 156.5kg - 4/2/2016
Week 1 = 153.5kg (loss of 3kg)
Week 2 = 150.9 (Loss of 2.6kg Total 5.6kg)
Week 3 = 149.8 (Loss of 1.1kg Total 6.7kg)
Week 4 =



GOALS: 150kg (24/2/16) 145kg 140kg 135kg 130kg 125kg 120kg 115kg 110kg 105kg 100kg 95kg Oh my i reached my final Goal of 90kg

Restarted 02/01/2015 107.9kg lost +-15kg in 3 months

Awesome the 5kg challenge will commence on Monday.

Weigh yourself on Monday morning and each time you lose a kilo acknowledge it in here (for example: 1 kilo lost - 20/1/15) then next time it will be 2nd kilo lost 25/1/15 etc

Hey Judy, yes i'm in......need something to keep me on track at the moment. I was contemplating a !00% challenge to or something like it, so a 5kg one sounds great.

I's wonderful that we have so many people joining in.
Remember this is at your pace and there is no competition to who does it first etc. .. Just to keep us on track.
Collie, maybe we can do a 100% challenge at the same time because each challenge will motivate the other.

Ciors, i think we should actually put a time limit otherwise it wont be a challenge.


Challenge will be 5kg and/or deviation free from 19 January to 18 February 2015.

That gives us a month to complete the challenge.

Nobody loses as we are all winners already for taking the Cohens program in the first place.

Sounds good to me, I didn't check to see when you were ending the 5kg challenge. We could have done a DF endurance to see who could be df free the longest lol...😁

I am sick most awful UTI and currently on antibiotics. But will weigh in early t'morrow and join the team!
