Default normal eating

One thing that seems to be in common with people that finish refeed is that they put on some weight because they are on their own and they experiment with food and portion sizes, or they go back to old habbits. I would have thought one way to guarantee not to put the weight back on is to follow the structure of what is on the second week of refeed as a good guide and portion control. What do others think?

Thanks

KGB

Default Re: normal eating

Hi i am not up to that yet but i do have the instructions for after Cohens and it does say to follow the second week's portions as your guide forever, so that is what i will be doing when i get there. I think it will be hard not to eat carbs all the time once we start but once a day for tea i think would be good.

Like i said i dont know cause i have not done it but that is what they say to go by.
