Smile A Newbie to Cohen's

Hi All,

Just thought I would write a little note to say HI, I have been reading a few of the threads and everyone seems so lovely and sweet with lots of great advice , I have just finished my second day on the programme and I am really enjoying it. I think Zuchinni, Mushroom and Tomato are going to be my new favourite vegetables. Oh and I never new I could love Salada's so much I keep reading over my programme 100 times a day as I am so worried I will make a mistake without even knowing (espeically after reading the curry powder thread). Even just after 2 days I am feeling really good and really determined! Loving Cohen's already.

Cheers

Hi Gem & welcome. Hope you are enjoying this program. You will find the longer you are on it, the easier it gets. I hope the detox headache wasnt too bad! You are doing all the right things- read, re-read your program, and follow it to the letter, and you will be well on your way in no time!
Cheers
Jenny

Hi Gem,
Doing well so far, good to hear that your feeling better also. I am waiting on my program, should have it next week and we have nearly the same amounts to lose! I'm very excited and this forum is such a fantastic motivator.
Well good luck and I'll be sure to check in and make sure things are going well .
Alana

Hi

Thanks again for the welcoming messages. Well my first week has just flown by I have really enjoyed it the thing that has surprised me the most is the lack of food cravings! today I went for lunch which I enjoy a refreshin diet coke only, and to my surprise I was not even slightly tempted by all the food around me.. all I can say is WOW!!! Alana, you must be excited about getting you program, I know I was, best of luck with it and do make sure you keep us up dated on your wonderfull progress.

Cheers

Hi Gem

I am halfway through my second week and just the same no cravings and really enjoying the programme. Remember to keep up your water intake and above all enjoy the experience. We have similar amounts to lose so I will keep up with interest. Caro

Yay.. .Go Gem Go!!

Just getting to the half way point of my 2nd week. Trying to resist the temptation to weigh myself every couple of days. Enjoying the fact that I don't feel any cravings or hunger (which is my usual downfall in other diets).

We CAN do this

Hi foggyduo,

Yes for me the main reason as to why I can do this diet because I am always not hungry. The other diets make me hungry and even appetite suppressing medications don't work on me anymore.

I am from Singapore by the way!

Hi Gem - well done so far. You'll be an "old hand" in no time and looking back wondering how the time (and weight) passed by so quickly!
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Gem!

Definitely start a diary, it helps keep you accountable for your weight loss! I haven't started yet but I've already got a little team cheering me on from the preparation diary I've started - it's awesome! The one message I keep getting is DON'T DEVIATE so it seems pretty important. Ha ha.

Hope you're still doing well, I'll have to make sure I pop in and have a look around your diary when it's up and running.
