Smile Hi

Hi friends,
I've just had my first blood test.Waiting for the call from the clinic.just can't wait to begin the programme.
I have a friend who has lost a lot of wt on the programme and she's my inspiration. When i look at her photos now ,i'm so proud of her and hope to acheive the same results.
i've always had trouble losing wt, as i have polycyctic ovaries and hormonal problems.and it is a viscious cycle.i'm quite active , and exercise 5 days /week.the only thing i've got to watch is my diet and hope cohen's diet will help .
will keep you posted.
Bye for now.

There have been several success stories from other ladies with PCOS. Since you are heavy on the exercise, you may well draw a lot of hope from SassyK's diary - AND her photos (mind-blowing!!).

It seems the good Doc has found the answer for those with PCOS too !! Go here to get a bit of an idea :-

Welcome, and the best of luck with your programme. I'm on day 10 and there were a few "difficult" the moments in the furst week, but overall it's been a lot easier than I thought.

Hi divineparadise,
PCOS can be really painful.so how are you dealing with it?Has cohen's diet helped you with PCOS.
I am doing yoga, and some poses are esp helpful for uterus and womb related ailments.i have noticed a considerable reduction in pain and my periods are quite regular. all after 7 months of yoga.infact i started to see the results after a couple of months.now i'm able to deal with it without medication.the only problem i should say is my weight, it just doesn't go down.
