Newbie
Wanted to jump online and say Hi- been lurking for a while and went for the intro session on Monday at Booragoon, blood tests are done, just waiting on my program now. Since I'm hoping to get my program next week, was hoping you wonderful people might help me get an idea what I should put on the shopping list this weekend- from what I understand of the program i should basically be looking for lean meats, non-starchy veges, natural plain yoghurt fruit and crackers should be a good start. I'm figuring if I have the right stuff on hand at home, then once I have the program it's a case of going to town with my new super-duper digital scales (like I needed an excuse to buy kitchen gadgets :P ) Looking forward to getting started soon and joining you all in your sucess!
