Default Re-Starting a few years later?

Hi all

I am a 29 year old mother of 3, and did Cohens successfully in 2001/2.

Since then, I have had my children and with my family now perfect and complete, I am considering re-starting the diet.

Can anyone tell me, can I just go back to my old plan and simply re-use it?

Ta

Hi Axis,
I am about to start my second program (paper work is on its way out to me).
I was told I needed to start fresh with a new program because you body changes over time, the old program may be detrimental to your health.

Good luck

Brocky

Hi Laura,

No I didn't. The clinic told me to go ahead with the old programme for 2 weeks, in which time I will know if it's working for me or not as 'the weight loss and increased feeling of wellbeing will be apparent'
