Water intake
Anyway i do use all the tricks of having filled up bottles for the day so i know how much i need to have and i do always have it with me but i find myself drinking maybe 250-500ml at a time and then go 2 hours with none if i get distracted by something . Is this a bad thing. Is it better to sip sip sip every 10 minutes or does it make no difference ? will ask consultant on monday too

Re: Water intake
I found the only difference was that when I didn't guzzle, I didn't go to the toilet as often...I didn't find it affected my weight loss

Re: Water intake
Fat = toxins, so to lose fat you are in the need of flushing out the toxins. Yes water is very important. take a large sip very 20 minutes and water becomes no issue.Simple You will get through 2.5 ltr easily, or break it down, so make 10 am dead line, have you drank 800mls yet. If no then get moving on it. By 1pm, have you drunk 1.6ltrs yet. Same thing, get onto it. The more you just do the plan, the more it works. Water can speed up weight loss rapidly but first you have to be able to drink the 2.5 to 3.0ltrs in a day, then you can start playing around with upping and slightly lowering water.

I just mean, is it bad to gulp 250ml of that at a time with hours between and preferable to sip mouthfuls every 15 minutes for beneficial losses

Re: Water intake
I don't think there is a right or wrong answer, but somewhere I read on here a mouthful every 15minutes of so, which is not always easy. As long as you are getting the water into to you it can do its magic. I always trymto take more multi vitamins in the afternoon before sleep to help the HGH work its wonders, I think it helps as well

Re: Water intake
I think it's more important to get the water in... no matter how.
I try not to drink it in big goes... but sometimes it has to be done.

Re: Water intake
There's a sticky thread on Water in the Health Forum section HERE
The Sydney consultant here Margaret has definitely emphasised to me not to guzzle my water but to sip at it every 10-15 minutes. I think it has to do with flushing out too many electrolytes when you guzzle? |
