What heart condition or medicine leads to rejection of application for a program?

The rules say no heart conditions to be accepted to get a new program. What does that mean? I have mild hypertension and am taking medicine for it. Will they deny me?

Hi Ms Jiggles,
First off, I am not a Doctor, but I don't believe that HBP is caused by the heart. As such, I'd suggest you "have a go" at getting a Plan anyway. You know how good it is, and that you would benefit MARKEDLY from having it.

And, thinking further, wasn't it SMS (SundayMorningStaple) who has his hypertension greatly reduced by being ON the program. In fact, I am sure he is not alone. Check out my most favourite topic of all on here - Physical Changes apart from weight loss

In there, I am SURE you will read of many who had their hypertension (High Blood Pressure) reduced just by being ON the Program. Thus, they must have been able to get a Program even with HBP, yeah?

SMS and a lot of others reporting that blood pressure went down. That's great news! Also means they got the program approved with HBP.. you're right!
