Chicken, Apricot & Vegie Stir Fry
Chicken, thinly sliced or diced (allowance) Diced Capsicum, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Squash and Onion (Vegetable Allowance) Sprite Zero 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder Apricot, peeled and flesh diced Brown chicken in non-stick pan, add vegetables a splash of Sprite Zero add garlic powder. Sitr fry till chicken and vegies are cooked through, adding splashes Sprite Zero is needed. (vegies should still be slightly crunchy). Add apricot and stir through. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
