I'm onto week 12 in the program. I'm currently having flu; I feel cold and I do sneeze a few times, as well as sore throat.

Any tips on what med I should take?

Their are many steps that you can prevent yourself from flu.

1) The first most important step is you should take flue vaccine to get prevented from this virus.
2) Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration
3) Keep yourself warm
4) Get medicines and consult your doctor on regular basis

The most important thing you should avoid crowd, and wash your hands or it will spread.
