AZ is Back!!!
So I am back!!! I have had an incredibly difficult few months with my Hashimotos Disease and somehow managed to gain 16.3kgs in the last 6 months. Anyway, I believe my Thyroid is now back and under control and so now I want to get this weight off!!!! I started back on plan on Monday, 9th May 2016 weighing in at 76.3kg which is a huge 20kg from where I finished my Re-feed program only 18 months ago. I'm so disappointed in myself and my stupid body but I am determined to get back to my size 6-8 clothes. Unfortunately, this week I have been diagnosed with Gallstones so I need to go and see my doctor next week to work out where to from here. Not sure if they have been cause by my rapid weight-loss a couple of years ago or my recent rapid weight gain. In any case, this will not be as easy a journey as the first time around but I will get there. My goal is to be 60kg by the time I go to NZ on 5 August. That's 16.3kg in 12.5 weeks. Hopefully achievable!!! Anywho, looking forward to checking in to see where everyone is at and what's going on in Cohen's Land.

Re: AZ is Back!!!
Hi AZ,
Sorry to hear you've had such a bad time with your health. Weight gain it's a bummer. But you have the tools and the attitude to fix it quick smart. You did incredibly well the first time (quickly scanning your signature). I hope the gall stones situation can be resolved quickly. I definitely think you can shift that amount of weight in 12.5 weeks. Good luck and happy Cohening to you. X |

Re: AZ is Back!!!
Hi AZ,
Not sure if you remember me, I'm writing under a different name now but used to write as LightLifeLove16. Sorry to hear you have bounced up again, I too have as well. In fact, since bailing in November 2014 I have put on all of the 40kg I lost. Never the less, I'm back and starting again tomorrow. Look forward to watching your journey and sharing mine. Good luck! |

Re: AZ is Back!!!
Gall bladder issues can be managed by diet - stay off certain food.
I've lost weight successfully and not triggered my gall bladder issues - but when it has acted up it's because I've eaten animal fats like meat, onions, chilli, pasta, cheese etc. I'm not a doctor, but don't resort to surgery if you don't currently need it. Buscopan will stop the spasms in your gall bladder. good luck |
