Calling all maintainers - time for DO-cember!
is DO-cember Time to DO some things you just know you ought to. More exercise? More water? More positive thinking? It's up to you! Every week you stick to your DO-cember vow you get a to add to your signature indicating the number of weeks you have been Berrylicious So, who is up for a challenge - starts Wednesday! |

MY DO's - I am making them measurable rather than subjective.
1. Drink at least 2 litres of water each day. 2. Start gym work - 2 x per week at least. I already walk each day (have to with dog, but enjoy it anyway). 3. Read PP cards (personal positives) 2 x per day. THAT'S ENUF or I'll never add to my berryman total LB x

OK - I'M IN. And THIS time I WILL have some strawberrys! WOO HOO!
My DO's : 1. 2 litres of water a day minimum 2. exercise of some sort for half hour x 3 a week (will try to get on the exercise bike, but walking at least) hope to add another one later after I've had time to think about it more - very little time for thinking or anything else lately! have a great month everyone!! lets try for a couple of punnets worth haha! No 3 = DO more thinking I am currently growing my first ever crop of strawberries. I have managed to gather quite a few and the birds aren't even trying to get them. Hubby is waiting to blast the rear ends out of the swallows trying to nest on the outside speakers near the bbq so maybe the words has gotten around

I'm in. 1. Drink my water for the day before I have a diet coke. (Boy, I love DC) 2. Up my running to four times a week. 3. Listen to and learn from my body - Ask "What am I really hungry for?" I'm excited. I love strawberries! |

Water water water!!! I have been so bad with this.
Week one am going for 2 litres a day. Will concentrate on that then add something different next week. Happy Do-ing! |

Hi Jlou, I earned 4 strawberries but the wee dudes refuse to appear on my signature.When I right click on your strawberry it wont give me the option of just copy, it says copy image as and when I try to paste that it is a sad blank and no beautiful red berry Can a moderator do it for me ?
For Do-cember I will do HIIT 3 times a week, 1.5 litres of water a day ( the lady doing our detox thing said for my height and weight 1.5 is the amount I should drink but if fellow Cohenites think otherwise speak now or forever hold your peace , general running/walking 3 times a week, airclimber 2 times a week at least and skip 2 times a week,climb at least once a week. Thanks for the challenge and what will we be doing for January ? |

Ok my goals for DOcember: DO at least one cardio session per week (on top of the PT strength training) DO create a visualisation board or book to focus on positive energy in my life DO get to sleep earlier (this will of course be subjective - and is likely to involve less time on forum!!!) |
