This is a great dessert item to have on your Cohen's list - works well if everyone else is going to be eating dessert or cakes etc

Salada Crackers

I used to do similar but soak the saladas in some diet sprite until a little soft and then push them into tart trays before filling with apple ... makes tarts ... very nice as well.
