Sugar Substitutes
Just wondering if anyone recommends using sugar substitutes (e.g. splenda or its kind) when baking once we hit maintenance? Or are we better off just using 'real' sugar and limiting portions (which I would of course do anyway!)? Thanks |

You might try this product that Connie recommended (just slightly cheaper than gold!)

Hi krabi,
I don't use a lot of sugar, but was recommended Stevia, by Donna Aston in her book "Fat to Fiction" It is a natural product and has no calories! Shell

Re: Sugar Substitutes
Not on Cohens in Australia,
Only in Spain and the USA from memory - there is a thread on here somewhere about it. of course this is in the maintenance forum so you can have whatever you want Connie
