Default Week 2 & deviation free!

Hey all!

Just wanted to say howdy again and wanted to put my ticker on to show that I have lost 4.7kgs and 11.5cm already! I am over the moon!

I have a pair of 'gauge me' pants that were tight before I started Cohen's and tried then on today and they are a wee bit too big! Fit much better! Thank god for Cohens! Everyone is asking what I am doing to move the weight so fast!! Rounding up some serious customers!

I have great support from the clinic in Queenstown and when I am not sure of anything, I give them a call. I am so looking forward to my 4 week weigh in. I hope that I can keep this weight moving. I am loosing the most from my waist & bust - nothing from my arms or thighs yet but here's hoping!

Hope you are all well and if you have any more tips or more receipes - keep them posted!

Cheers Cohen's!

Unhappy Re: Week 2 & deviation free!

Congratulations on your will power. Keep it up.

As for me, I’m a bit worried, weighed myself yesterday and apparently I have not lost any weight in the past week (week 2), in fact, I have gained 300g (lost 3kg in week 1). How is this possible? Am really worried. My clothes feel looser but my weight is not going down. I have been so good in the past week, even when temptation was really bad, I managed to contain myself.

Hi AusKiwi!

great job staying deviation free! It's an empowering feeling isn't it - knowing we're being strong and doing the right things by our bodies. I was the same as you - at first my cms were dropping off stomach and chest (and I don't have much of a chest to part with unfortunately!) but in about week 3/4 it started moving from my hips and thighs... so hang in there - we're all different and I"m sure it'll fall off with time. Best of luck for week 3

Xuxa

Sounds like you are having a time of shrinking. Many people find there are cycles of weight loss, shrinking and then integration time. Don't fret - just keep on track and deviation free and the weight does go. Just allow that your body will find it's own cycles and do it in the best way for you.

Keep smiling. How you body feels is a much better guide than the scales. You will be buying new clothes before you know it.

Xuxa, you might want to read this:

I know you might not weigh every day, but I think it will be helpful and put your mind at ease. The less you stress about your losses, the bigger they will be!

And way to go AusKiwi! Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the replies.
Official weigh in is next week and I hope I meet my personal target of between 6-8kg for this first month.
