How is everyone today? (or whenever your day 1 may be)... Here in NZ we must be one of the first to start this challenge I had my weigh at the clinic today and bought some more Chromium. Had a loss this week, I think 900g. This week I have vouched to eat all meals at home and not put ANYTHING in my mouth that's not cohens. I am ready to get down to 60kg can't wait to break 65. It's going to be tough as I move to Australia on Feb 12 and have to get to a supermarket when I arrive and find my bearings but I should be okay good luck everyone

As of yesterday my weight was 73.6 and my mini goals are as follows:
1. to weigh 68.8 on 2 March (4.8gks in 4 weeks and 12kgs in total) 2. for my legs not to rub anymore My reward will be a visit to my friend in Fiji.... (later in the year!) |

My Goal is to be 120Kg by the end of the challenge. 7.5kg to lose!! I had a bad Saturday this weekend, but that was the only day and I felt so down putting on 600grm yesterday thats for sure! But hey, life goes on, back with a vengence!

my goal would be to be very close to becoming a 60's girl. my weight has not bugged from 74.5 for the last 2 weeks i'm hoping that it will drop soon, although i think i am winning in the cm's as clothes do seem a bit bigger.
