The most talked topic moving around the world is how to weight loss developed due to fat harmful for human being health. This issue gets top-most importance or priority to take under consideration by the health-related conscious people. The most threatening scenario is, once fat develops, it becomes badly needed to concentrate on the diet based food menu comes from a natural food source and also being advised by the nutritionists. Some example of natural weight-loss friendly foods is as below-
Fruit

Nuts
Despite having high fat, it might be an excellent snack that balances protein and healthy fats within it. Research shows, the people who take nuts become healthier and leaner in comparison to those who don’t. Tuna
Tuna is a low-calorie and high-protein food. This fish contains low fat. So, it might be an excellent choice to incorporate it within your weight loss program.

Yeah, I agree with you, It's also a good source of B-vitamins, plus minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Tuna also has antioxidant properties due to its high amounts of selenium.

For me, I replace sugar by cucumbers, radish and lettuce… I really like them, so it helps me avoid gaining weight as well as sugar cravings. Also eat a big breakfast so you don't snack loads during the day!

I prefer using jaggery instead of sugar. Jaggery is very good for health. And yes, very well said fruits are very nuitrious, it has lots of benefits. Taking fruits during weight loss period is very good.
