Default 6 weeks in, so happy to find this place!

Hi All,

It's so very good to be here!
I am into my 6th week tomorrow on Cohens.

I have been feeling very motivated, and also continually challenged.

I am enjoying exploring new ways of cooking and very much enjoying wearing my clothes that feel so much more comfortable, or just way too big to bother!!!

I have deviated a few times. I know, shame, shame.

Twice were pure weakness and giving into evil temptation.

Once was completely planned as I enjoyed a lovely holiday with a dear friend for 4 days in Port Douglas. I was mindful of my meal choices, but didn't take my scales and drank a very enjoyable amount of alcohol.

I know this may put me back, or pause my progress but I am not regretting my holiday decision and am right back on track the day after my return.

So, feeling tired and a little hungry today as my hormones are beaten back into shape but am keen for and looking forward to the end of the week when all will feel in place again.

I can feel the collective energy of this place and love what I have read already about all the ideas and suggestions floating around. I am looking forward to gobbling up more information, Dr C knowledge and C-ites experiences!!

About Me:
34 years old, full time mama to Sacha; he is 2 years, 4 months.
Married to Ed for 4 years this Thursday!
A graphic designer who still dabbles occasionally.
Loving Summer coming on, even though I will miss my Winter boots!

In 4 weeks on Cohens I dropped 8.5kg, which makes me half way!
Beginning at 77kg, with a goal of 60 to 63kg.

I am a Carnivore with Vegetarian tendencies, I also aim to eat healthy (although have allowed a few months of fake sugar as I settle into this) and raw (veggies!) when I can.
I have begun to explore the world of herbs and spices which is exciting!

OK, off to read more threads.
