just thought I would add that on occasions Hanlie uses the work pumkin for squash, don't get confused by that, pumpkin is a carb that can be introduced during refeed, while OP we can only have squash

Hi everyone, I am new to the Cohen Lifestyle Program--on DAY 12 EP. I am a former chef and photographer and have also put recipes of everything I have eaten and made in the past 12 days on Facebook. The page is called
COHEN Meal Creations. It's amazing to think how inventive one can be with such few ingredients, but I've enjoyed making and eating them. Enjoy! I have also liked CHEATERS Never Lose page some weeks before going on Cohen. Cheers!

Thanks, S_lilstar! There's another FB page of Cohen recipes called Dr. Cohen 1st Personal Diet inspired recipes. The cover photos says "Cheaters Never Lose" on her page, so I mistook it for the other page referred to in an earlier post here. It has over a thousand recipes!

I made semi-dried tomatoes, crispy garlic bits and pesto yesterday. Exciting to think of how I can use them in other meals!
