Default second time around

Hi, my name is jacqui, I am a mother of 4 boys and this is my second attemt at cohens.
I started Cohens 12 months ago and lost 10 kilos (which I have not regained) and have another 10 to go to get to higher end of my goal weight. I didn't make it to refeed as we were on holiday at the time.
Since then we have had a major move from Hobart to the Gold Coast and just haven't been able to get my head in the right space.
Just on my way to the supermarket to grab my supplies and start weighing out my portions.
Bye for now
Jacqui

First of all, WELCOME BACK... and, second, CONGRATULATIONS on NOT putting any of that weight on! You have obviously worked out the tricks of maintenance without actually hitting it, and as you continue on your journey, when you DO reach maintenance, you should have it all sussed already.

WELL DONE!!! and enjoy being back with the gang of sisters and brothers here in Cohen land!

Hey hun, thanks for visiting my diary and leaving a message. Good on you for giving it another go I can't imagine how hard it would be to be on the program with 4 kids you must have to be very organised. How old are all your boys?

Always happy to meet another golden retriever lover.
Awww your puppy must be so cute at the moment being so young and yeah I can remember how tiring it was as you can't take them for walks untill they have had all their injections. This is the first golden retriever my partner and I have ever owned and she is such a darling and will be great with kids when we have them as she is really good with my one year old niece.

Good luck with your first week back on the program, Im sure it wont be long untill you get the ticker figured out and on the move.

Hi Jacqui (second time around)!
I am doing it for the second time too! Well done for the decision to begin, that is the hardest part!
I am finding the weight loss a lot slower this time around - must be my age I think but at least it is coming off and not going on!! I too didn't do the refeed the first time around but this time, I am determined to get to goal and do the refeed and not put it on again!! Am almost at my half way point and had thought I would be at goal by now, but at least I am learning lesssons along the way - not to give up or give in this time around.
All the best - this forum is wonderful and it is good to know so many are on the same journey too. You CAN do it!

Awesome work that you have already mastered maintenance!
Well done.
It should be a simple matter to shed those last 10kgs!
