Default Exercise and flabby skin

Hi All

Just wondering if people have started doing exercise during the program. I know they tell you not to when you start but how long is that for. I think that some exercise will help the weight loss process. What are your thoughts on this.

Also when losing the weight have you ended up with a lot of excess skin (flab) hanging around, how do people deal with this?

Thanks
Wendy

Hi there Wendy...

There has been lots of discussion about this subject...

http://newyouforum.com/forum/search.php?searchid=342510

To exercise, or not to exercise... that is the question

There has also been discussion on flabby skin before too... there are supplements you can take to help tighten the skin... but just so you know, Cohens is designed to increase HGH (human growth hormone) and from what I recall this little hormone is responsible for the skin tightening... so it all will kind of fix itself as time goes on (mostly... though some may opt for tummy tucks etc). That is why one week you lose weight (on the scale) and the next none, but if you check your measurements, your skin may have shrunk. Neat, huh?

Great thanks Missy
I tried to find something in past post without success.
Pretty impressive if the skin does shrink back into place, can not see me being able to afford a tummy tuck.

I couldn't believe how far back I had to go to find it. There were some interesting comments in there tho as I recall.
