Default vegie soup with mince balls

Mince chicken,
shreded cabbage (1/4 of vegie allowance),
chilli flakes, parsley, dried onion and garlic, salt and pepper.

Mix all the above together and make into little balls. Dry fry.(the chicken balls taste like dim sim!)

Make up vegie soup of mushrooms, zucchini and shredded cabbage. Add cooked mince balls, add paprika, mustard, curry, salt, garlic flakes and onion flakes to the soup.

It is really yummy

kgb,
That sounds so nice

Except for the soup for I don't like mushrooms !

Will try the "dim sims" though

Tried it last night and loved it, surprised how filling it was... umm had slight side effects with the cabbage, curry and onion/garlic flakes, not only did I almost get kicked out of bed but also the HOUSE.... Still loved it and will have it again..

Jeannie. Good to know your digestion is working fine. Surely it's payback time. don't know how the nights have been in Adelaide but it's been chilly here in Melb. A sure fire way of warming the sheets I'd have thought.
