Default Starting weight to goal weight countdown

Hi every one i must be bored but if we really want how much weight to lose to sink in i wrote down the weight i was when i started right down to my goal weight. Eg 67 66 65 64 63 62 61 60 59 58 57 56 55 54 and then i marked off all the kilos i have lost down to where i am today and i really hits in how well i have really done. Silly i know but i thought it helped me to realise how far i have really come.

Annie,

We keep saying you are doing an amazing job. You're the only one who until now has trouble seeing that.

You have achieved what you set out to do and so much more. You have met all of us loving careing compasionate people that you would never have had the opportunity to meet. So keep going girl and you will make it to the end and will be able to watch us from your skinny late sitting on the beach in your bikini.

Melissa

Hi Annie

What a very sweet idea you have there... I'm only 11 kilos down and it really hit home...

I love the gift you have of analysing everything adn then making it work for you

Not only making it work for you, but bringing a smile to all of us

It's a pleasure to know you, my dear.

Debs

Thank you so much you are lovely

Annie
