Default Vegetable Allowance

With the vegetable allowance i just want to know is their a limitation to the amount of grams per vegetable following a recipe? for example i want to cook the beef stir fry and the vegetables are; cabbage, cauliflower, tomato, zucchini, mushrooms and onions...can we have more of the vegetable that we enjoy or what??

I am just unsure and want to make sure am i eating the correct portions of food.

You can have all of the one veg if you want. There's only limits on tomato and onion, other than those you can have all the one thing.
