Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you, that as of the close of business on October 31, we will no longer be representing Dr Cohen’s Program in Singapore and Malaysia. We would like to thank you for your patronage and assure you that you will be supported for the rest of your time on the program.

What does this mean to you?
· You will be contacted by Cohen International on a regular basis to remind you of your blood tests.

· As you are aware, you have paid for your blood tests for the life of your program. When you have been contacted by Cohen International to say that your next blood test is due, please ring us here in Singapore on 6258 8016, or in Malaysia on 1800 806 454 and we will fax your blood test form through to the lab.

· Then go to the lab as usual for your blood test.

· The results will still be forwarded to Dr Cohen.

· Your Refeeding Program will be supplied direct through Cohen International when you notify them that you are 2 kg from your goal weight.

· Any queries you have about your program from November 1, can be directed to Cohen International by email addressed to perth.info@cohens.com.au

Cohen in Singapore. As such, Cohen's Lifestyle Clinique is no longer authorized to represent, sell and transact any business on behalf of Dr. R. Cohen effective immediately.

the new clinic in singapore is situated at novena square not ngee ann city. just called them to make an appointment next Saturday morning.
