Glad to hear that your children are starting to see you as 'normal' size, even though there is still a way to go.

You have done just so phenominally well, I hope you did take lots of fat photos before you started and you must be close to unrecognisable now as the same woman.

You are living proof not just about Cohen's, but that it is possible to change your life!

Have had a ball.

Discovered I REALLY like rowing. It's such fun. We've had a ball. Just about every day either at the beach or on our Lagoon. I think the kids enjoyed it.

I bought myself a Rashie (you know, the sun-t-shirt things) and a pair of board shorts. Only took one outing with a one piece bathers on under all that to make me go shopping for a bikini top. Then I was seriously comfy in the water.

I've found having lost so much weight that I'm a little saggy now, nothing yucky, but not taught either. I haven't had a weigh in since well before xmas, but I did go into K-mart and weigh myself on a pair of scales in there the other week, they said 102. assuming they're right, that's nearly 65kg lost. only another 30 to go.

Must admit, I think 30 might be a little too much, but will lose another 20 and then make a determination.

I'll post some more after I've finished reading all the Darned emails
