Default Exercise

Hi all ..... I would think this question has been asked before, but I'm asking again.
Who has done exercise while on the program ??
What results did you get ??
What kind of exercise did you do ??
I know we are not encouraged to exercise but I do enjoy a bit of walking. Last night I started at yoga and plan on 3ks walking at the gym 2-3 times a week with building it up to 5kms.
I have been a regular gym goer but have dropped back in the last year due to an injury. I just feel it might help with toning.
Like to hear your thoughts.
