Exercise
Who has done exercise while on the program ?? What results did you get ?? What kind of exercise did you do ?? I know we are not encouraged to exercise but I do enjoy a bit of walking. Last night I started at yoga and plan on 3ks walking at the gym 2-3 times a week with building it up to 5kms. I have been a regular gym goer but have dropped back in the last year due to an injury. I just feel it might help with toning. Like to hear your thoughts.
