Hi everybody

My name is Meagan. I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I didnt even know these support sites for people on the Dr Cohen diet even existed!! Good to know that there are lots of people out there who feel my pain

This is my 2nd time on the diet. I went on it the 1st time in October 2009 and by early December 2009, I had lost 21kg's. Unfortunately, life happened and I never got a chance to go on the Refeeding.

6 months later and I have picked up almost all the weight I had initially dropped off. So I am back and more determined than ever to finish this process.

It really helps to know that there are so many of you out there who know what I have and am still going through.

Welcome back and yes this is a fantastic place to get support so many wonderful people I could spend all day reading diaries its amazing how people succeed on this plan. Yes its a shame when life gets in the way haha but you can do it this time and make it to maintanance..

When did you start again?

I started again on Monday (12th July) and its going okay. Work is easy because I have a really supportive team but the minute I get home, I can feel my resistance crumbling. Im sure it will get better though. Thanks for the encouragement How long have you been on?

Ahh well first week back its always going to be tough glad to hear you have a good support group its going to make all the difference to you .

Umm this is my 3rd week.. going pretty good this week has had to have been the hardest with cravings and hunger but hey its nearly over and I am in to week 4 so I am excited about that.

Just keep thinking of the outcome
