Default Binge eating, deviating etc

Hi everyone

I know a lot of us struggle with this. For me it is the binge eating after 9pm, grrr
There was a thread a few years ago on this.
For those curious, the site eat like A normal person has articles that address the above & more. Hope it helps someone.

As always
Jen

Yeah, I can relate to this! Not so much binge eating but eating after 9pm. I work nights so am not at my best first thing in the morning and really struggle to eat breakfast early enough to be able to fit my meals in before work. Then when I get home after midnight I like to have a snack .... which isn't good for my eating plan! Will have to check out that site you posted

Hey Jen

Sincere thanks for that blog site https://www.eatlikeanormalperson.com/allen-carr-weight-loss-review/

I stopped smoking after one Saturday Morning Easy Way Workshop and know how simply miraculous Allen Carr's method www.allencarr.com.au is.

I think Libby (the Blogger) has a real point that there is a strong correlation between what we eat (for the sake of eating it) and our efforts to actually eat like a normal person.

She is right, there is no Off switch! Why is it all so hard? Yes, because what we eat doesn't tell us when to stop.

But on Cohen's, we do stop. No problems, no thrashing about, we weigh it, we eat it, that's it until the next meal five hours later.

I am about to start on Refresher 2018 and this post has come at exactly the right time for me. I shall read it thoroughly and incorporate these thoughts into my day

Thanks again, sometimes we just stumble upon a Hint that really rings the bell for us. Just the concept of Eating Like A Normal Person certainly does it for me

Lotsa Love
Kristine

Dear Kristine
Thanks for including the link.

Dear Soontobe Slim, thank you.

I set this thread up for people who are having issues anyware during the program to clarify why bingeing, deviating, or procrastinating starting, to learn & remember to always be kind to ourselves. These things happen for a variety of reasons, so it is good to have an understanding of what I one is doing in order to change.

One you subscribe on the link, after the article, many more are listed. All interesting for us here.

Take care,
Jen
