Default Sugar Free Syrup

I am currently using Sugar Free Syrup in my coffee - mostly the french vanilla or caramel versions. I am pretty sure I read some where that these were not allowed but I can't find it again, and I am about start my cohen journey this week and don't want to sabotage myself! Can anyone help me out here?

Hi wlswerit

I can tell you with 100% certainty that these syrup's are definantly NOT allowed! You will totally mess your program up if you use them so I would advise to get rid of them out of your diet asap otherwise your going to crave them even more when you start your plan. Also no milk or any type of sugar (besides aspartain based, hermestasis, Stevia and Sugarine is allowed).

There are strict rules about additives so keep clean and you will benefit All the best for your wonderful cohen's journey and I hope I didn't scare you too much!
