Reversal of constipation (yuck, sorry)
I've done a search but haven't been able to get a definitive answer so sorry if this is slightly repetitive. Thanks Rainbow xx

Hi RJ, my consultant said we can have metamucil, alpine tea or even Senokot tablets. Im using Senokot at the moment, but thinking of getting metamucil so I can take it everyday. Constipation is not cool!! I know that there are two types of metamucil, but I would imagine the plain one would be the one to get. I may check with my consultant on that though. Hope this helps

Thanks Keren, that's awesome. I picked up the "natural" Metamucil from Countdown today......it will be fantastic if it works!! Constipation is something I'm wishing I didn't need to be thinking about if you know what I mean!

Hi guys
I too have been suffering with a little blockage also...there are actually metamucil calsules that are available which you might find a little easier to take.

All good RJ! I know exactly what you mean, it is so frustrating! (and embarrassing! Lol) @Scruffy's Mum, where can you get the capsules from? That would be heaps better than putting powder into stuff!

Hi Rainbow joy..
So cold isnt it..Spoke to my consultant Donna and she said Metamucil is fine as is senacot,Alpine tea and Phloe (extract from Kiwifruit). I am usually ok if i can eat Kiwifruit, but they are not ripening quick enough so not going well if ya know what i mean.. Started Metamucil today and will drink Alpine tea tonight. Keep Warm.. Metamucil it is!!@ Keren; I have seen the Metamucil capsules at Countdown @ Gaylene; you're right it's bloody freezing, like the middle of winter. Almost got blown away in gale force winds yesterday. Brr!!

I too found the capsules at the supermarket, mine was New World, they worked a treat. lol
