well, i think i've noticed an interesting trend with my weight loss.
When i lose mass amounts of weight (i.e up to a kilo overnight) i have really, really vivid dreams and i need more sleep than usual. My normal routine is to bounce out of bed at 5.30 am (my body clock wakes me up even with only 5 hours sleep!), but for the last 3 mornings i have been hitting the snooze button on my alarm and sleeping till 7-7.15am. Two nights sleep (tues and weds - with late start times and really REAL dreaming) have resulted in a 1.5kg loss! : Interesting huh : I find my body loses weight rapidly, then stops for a while, then the cm's come off, then the weight slowly creeps off, followed by a stop then the cycle begins again. BUT the massive drop in weight is always accompanied by the need for extra sleep and dreaming!
