Default Sleeping after breakfast

Hi everyone does anyone know if sleeping sort of right after breakfast affect your weightloss, will it slow down? And also I've lost 1.5 kilos this week but when I did my measurements it was still pretty much the same as 2 weeks ago. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Don't know, Silverbee, but my thoughts are that sleeping after breakfast shouldn't slow you down and may even help. You are relaxing, which helps, and if you sleep for at least a couple of hours the HGH may start working again (even less sure on that one).

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.
What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/
Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

The best losses I have are typically on the weekends, mainly because I set the alarm nice and early Saturday and Sunday morning, wake up, eat my yogurht with my eyes still shut and then head straight back to bed and sleep till it's almost time for lunch! Nice and relaxing the way it's supposed to be, so not to worry eh?!

This is just the question I asked today at my clinic. I have to go sailing on Saturday which will completely get my eating out of wak so Im getting up, eating, sleeping, getting up again and eating then sailing. Good to hear it works.

Personally, I wouldn't go back to sleep after food! Much better to have a sleep in and then have your breakfast.

Your stomach is full. Perhaps laze about instead of sleeping!
