Fuit - only with protein or whenever?
Has anyone noticed a difference in their weightloss ie. eating fruit with protein vs spreading fruit throughout the day? Seems contradictory to me, but I would like to know what works. Jackie |

I was told I could have my fruit anytime except in the am before my first meal. So I eat my yoghurt first then later when hungry have my fruit. Have done it that way the whole time on this program.

That's a very interesting question Jackie.. I was told I could eat my fruit whenever I wanted to, but to spread it out over the day, not all at once.. From the beginning I have mostly had my fruit after lunch & after dinner.. I've tried eating it in between meals but it actually left me feeling hungrier & hanging out for my next meal.

I am not sure but when i eat my fruit inbetween meals i can feel it getting burned up quicker, i dont think it really makes much difference it just tides you over to your next meal. I dont think it makes a difference maybe try one day doing it one way and the next the other and see if you notice any difference. Annie |
