Default Quick questions- I ate early?

Hello Everyone,

Im just wondering yesterday l miss calculated one of my meal times and ate 10minutes too early, it was a different protein, l had yoghurt for breakfast and tuna for lunch. Does this mean that it will take four days for my body to correct this? Plus l ate spring onions last week more than the two tablespoon limit. Would the same thing happen regarding my body correcting it?

I have read my guidelines so many times lm so surprised l missed that onion limit!

BTW, l had some really great results last week, l have dealt with the rebellious teenager for those of you that may have read my previous post

Hi Slim

Personally I don't think 10 minutes will make too much difference, I wouldn't worry about it too much, just move on and keep an eye on the time. And as for the onions...AlmostEden was eating more than our allotted 2 tbs a day for weeks and he still lost weight, mind you now he knows about the limit he's sticcking to it! There is a lot to remember on this program so keep reading it, I know why they suggest we read it once a week!

And well done on the great loss.

I'd be sure that the five hours has a generous time allowed to ensure that all the food from the previous meal has been digested, SF. I don't think one accidental ten minutes will have any effect at all. As LouLou says, watch the time in future.

We all make a few mistakes that are officially deviations. Most won't have a significant effect on your weight loss. I've been wondering about spring onions. I suspect the green tops are much more like green vegetables or herbs such as chives, than onions, and it's really the whites you need to limit. However, since there is nothing that explains that I limit all of them.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time.
My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight.

Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).
