March Challenge!
I figured it could be the same as the February one. 100% deviation free, 2L of water and 5 kilos lost to qualify for the ribbon. Anyone want to join?? (I didn't want to start 'another' challenge seeing as I started the bunny hop, but I was planning on joining a March challenge had anyone started one, but no one did )

Count me in. I did have a deviiation yesterday but couldnt be helped. The meal I had made at 9 pm tasted so foul!! ( no pun intended) My chicken tasted like it was wearing fragrance and I literally couldnt eat it. I was gagging and as it was so late and I had already had some of the chicken I didnt have another source of chicken. Hoping it wont make to much difference.

Oh and be light I think the deviation are only counted if it is intentional or conscious, I should say. Accidents happen!

1 march - 102.5 8 march - 100.5 ooh about ribbons, do we need to download something or do anything to receive them, when earnt. |

You are a lil doll for doing this! ha ha. I was going to start a mango challenge, and was feeling envious of ppl with the ribbon and wondering how i could get one. I missed the bunny hop too! Okay, so do we get the ribbon when we drop 5 kgs? And does the challenge go 4 weeks? and question 3...does it really matter lol (being silly now haha) thanks again, have a great long weekend |

Oh I want to do a challenge! So do we have a start date? As I had stupid slip up yesterday I might not be eligable if it was meant to start at the start of March....but I would love to join in

Oh Westie... I don't want you to miss out I was intending it to be for the whole of March, but hmm...
Should we start it for 4 weeks from the Monday just gone? What does everyone think? And be light, you don't have to do anything to make the ribbon appear. Baloo just works some behind the scenes magic!! Lesley/NGU... Yep, you're supposed to hit a home run and lose 5 kilos, be deviation free and drink at least 2L of water a day!

I will join in if not too late. Not sure if I have 5 KG to lose but just remeasured myself in light of others who have found they have shrunk and I am 2 cm shorter than I thought I was so will be changing my ticker to reflect new goal range.

Definitely not too late... Just as long as you have been deviation free for the persiod of the Challenge. Are we going with the whole of March or just starting this Monday just gone??
If we start this week (aka Monday 11th) then it will be a March-April challenge. But oh well. Lets say Deviation free from this week/now. 11th March - 17th March 18th March - 24th March 25th March - 31st March 1st April - 7th of April 4 weeks to lose 5 kilos... 4 weeks to be deviation free and 28 days of drinking at least 2 L. I reckon we can ALL get ourselves a little ribbon!!

Hi Lil Doll - thanks for arranging the challenge I will start on Monday 11/3 as well as I have been deviation free as well
My starting weight on Monday was 63.8KG but I have just remeasured myself and am two cm shorter than I thought I was! So that means my goal weight range is 56-59 KG so a 5KG challenge is exactly what I need to get through to refeed! 11th March - 17th March 18th March - 24th March 25th March - 31st March 1st April - 7th of April - that's good that it takes us through Easter as well which is a tempting time of year! Thanks for getting this going LD! I will start from my Saturday 9th March weigh in which was 96.3kg. I have been deviation free and drank all required water since I started the program : ) I hope it's ok to start then as I don't have a weight for that Monday.
