Lightbulb Thai Chicken balls

Thai Chicken balls


Recipe Description
I give credit to "Kirst" as i took inspiration from her
Chicken Basil Balls.
I served it on top of "Apple Slaw".
Yummo! 
Ingredients:
Chicken allowance
1 salada
10 g Basil & coriander
garlic powder
fresh chilli
1/2 tsp lemongrass and ginger
lemon juice allowance
Spring onion allowance 
Preparation Steps:
 
Level of Difficulty:
Easy 
Time Needed:
15 
Serves:
Instructions:
1. Put ingredients (except spring onion) in processor and mix to paste consistency.
2. Throw in finely chopped spring onion for last couple of seconds.
3. Roll into bite sized balls
4. Fry in pan until golden.

Made them today, had them for lunch and looking forward to having them for lunch tomorrow.
Thank you for posting this recipe as it is so good to have different flavours and options!

Just remember with this recipe that fresh herbs and chilli must be weighed with your vege allowance and there is a max on dry herbs per day/serve which will be notes in your program
