Merry Christmas and THANKS to Dr Cohen.
I'm going to send the link to this thread to Dr Cohen so he can read the comments if he wishes. After discussion with the admin of the forum, and knowing how busy Dr C is this time of year, I'm going to limit the comments to 50 words each. I'm going to be pretty strict about the length, and will be going through and editing any posts that are too long. I'd like him to be able to read them all, not get stuck on one over-long one... PLEASE consider that Dr Cohen is EXCEPTIONALLY busy this week of the year, and also, I'd imagine (coz I know how I feel) absolutely EXHAUSTED. This is the ONLY two weeks he has off during the year. Please keep it brief! And resist the use of masses of smileys (or big ones). Oh, one last thing, Dr Cohen goes on holidays on the 17th, so I'll be LOCKING this thread on that day and sending him the URL. Also, please note I do not expect him to reply. Thanks everyone, asy.

Dear Dr Cohen
Your program has been one of great enjoyment and amazement to me and has also inspired many people to take the chance and to actually lose weight, not just dream about it. At my age (58 ) I have particularly appreciated the shrinkage, skin tone and general good health associated with the program. It really is a program for well being and just so easy to do. Thank you for your contribution to the happiness of so many people and best wishes for continued success in 2009 Bon Noel Kristine

 Lost 28 kilos in 2006, 15 kilos twice since then, 25 kilos in 2017 and 12 kilos in 2019. 2020 was a struggle so back to lose 10 kilo in 2021. Looking Forward To It!

Merry Christmas Dr Cohen, thankyou for putting together a programme that suits each of us individual and is helping us fight the weightloss war. I have been struggling for over 21 years and without the programme and this forum I am sure that I would still be searching for answers.

Not only does it work fantastically in losing the weight, as I was at a point where I thought I would never be able to lose my excess weight, but this program has also helped me face and deal with my eating/food issues! Thank you Dr Cohen. I have been yo-yo dieting for 40 years, with the tops and the bottoms both getting higher. In my most optimistic moments I never believed I could get back to the weight I now am. This has been both the most difficult and (once committed) the easiest diet I have ever done, and I tell everyone that it is the best diet in the world.

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen. Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ Back again for the support. Still think the diet and the forum are the best ever, but too old to do it again. Now losing again slowly on maintenance diet. Ticker shows next intermediate goal only (5 kilos).

I watched astounded as friends shed their excess Kgs easily using your plan. It seems to me you have "cracked the nut" re weightloss, and yet this is SO much more than just Kgs. Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
