Exclamation Singapore cohenite gathering session
Hello hello Cohen folks in Singapore, it is time for us to gather together and thrash all our thoughts and doubts with the expert --> sms hehehe who has graduated and has been such an inspiration both in virtual sense and in 'physical' sense (photos at Innira's clinic).

Okie, I shall be 'bossy' here and decide on the time/venue. Kindly reply, and a NIL return is much appreciated :P.

Venue: Velocity (Novena Square) Spinelli - Ground level facing the main road
Date: 09 May 2009 (Vesak Day = A public holiday - so don't tell me you're working hehehe)
Time: 3pm (should have sufficient time to cook/eat your lunch followed with wash-ups and travel to Velocity)
Food: Bring your own fruits/crackers except for sms who is free to eat almost anything

Guess it'll be fun to see how we are progressing along. Bring on other Cohenites that you may know but who are yet to be part of the forum. Gosh, I must remember to bring the camera for a group photo...that'll be so fun!!!

Started Cohen's Lifestyle on 9th March 2009 - Lost 22.4Kg in 14 weeks. Goal Achieved.
Started again 19th Feb 2019.

May 9th is a Saturday. I'll see if I can pop in but Saturday's are normally reserved for BB's swimming and gymboree sessions.

I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed...
And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
