What has happened to the sydney clinic?

they have disappeared no correspondence never followed up with me since i paid and received my program and left me out to the wolves.

i paid for my program and have not received what was promised - no support what so ever - had a tragic two years lost 2 uncles, 3 cousins in the course of 2 years and fell into depression 5 weeks into my diet i had lost 15kg and was doing so well until my uncle passed away and depression got the best of me - never once in this time did any body contact me to offer me support or to ask why my scheduled blood test hadn't been received. only shows that they got there money and ran with it.

i have in the last few years tried to contact the office and it is disconnected.

i believe im entitled to what was promised for the money i paid for my program i have contacted others and not received no feed back.

my contract does clearly state that a program can be deferred if proven depression or hardship. also states part of my initial payment i am entitled to my re-feeding program which i never received as the sydney office were unreachable.

could someone please help me out who is a staff member of Cohen, i'd like some answers and help please.

Hi Jewlz,

In previous situations where clinics closed, the Head Office (Booragoon in Perth) took over all displaced clients. Try contacting them for assistance.
